The Saratoga Community Access Cable TV Foundation is a non-profit organization responsible for operating the public, educational, and government access channels for the community of Saratoga. Serving Saratoga since 1986, the Foundation operates two cable channels: KSAR15 and KEDU26. Channel 15 is available for the use of public community access and government access. Channel 26 is used for educational programming.
